One of the greatest challenges for community communication networks is sustainability, so that they can be served based on the conditions, problems and dreams of each community they are part of. This is why we must build forms of accompaniment and support that provide for a model of sustainability designed, built and managed by each group of people in a given territory, considering technical, organizational, communicative and financial aspects.

In this session through a dialogue and practical exercise we want to show a tool that is the "sustainability plan" that allows us to address the different components and questions that we must ask ourselves along the way in the construction of a community network. For this, we will work on a specific case in one of the communities that we accompany in Colombia with indigenous Wayüu migrants.
